  • 1. My birthday is May 14, which makes me a Taurus.
  • 2. I have blue eyes

  • 4. I live in Seattle, Washington and have lived here for the past 7 years.

  • 6. I used to work in the IT industry, specifically in the realm of technical support for both an ISP and Microsoft
  • 7. I share the same last name as an American actor and an older deceased British actor (hint: he was in 'Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory')
  • 8. I have blond hair in theory, although I keep my hair cut extremely short due to Male Pattern Baldness
  • 9. I have an IQ of 140 though I don't feel very smart.
  • 10. I don't have a specific favorite color, though I have a preference for darker colors like black and grey.
  • 11. I was born in Florida near Pensacola.
  • 12. I've lived a total of 3 months in Florida.
  • 13. I've never been to Disneyworld.
  • 14. Although I did work for a summer at Disneyland in California.
  • 15. I have one sister who is a year and half older than me. She lives in Oakland, Ca.
  • 16. I'm quite fond of dogs, especially pugs.
  • 17. I've never developed the same fondness for cats, though. Must be that CAT-itude they have.
  • 18. I was hit by a car when I was 8 years old while riding my bike across a two lane road.
  • 19. I broke both my legs and was in traction for 6 weeks. Then I wore a body cast for another 6.
  • 20. I'm nearsighted and I'm unable to wear contact lenses, therefore I wear glasses.
  • 21. I love to cook. Especially Italian and Indian.
  • 22. I went to the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and graduated in 1993.
  • 23. I majored in Journalism with a minor in English.
  • 24. After I graduated, I sold everything I owned and bought a plane ticket to Budapest.
  • 25. I arrived with just 500 dollars to my name.
  • 26. I returned a year later with a 1000 dollars to my name.
  • 27. Less than a year later, I hit the road again and traveled to Asia, specifically Korea, where I taught English.
  • 28. I like to travel.
  • 29. Vienna, Austria is the most expensive city I've ever known.
  • 30. Birmingham, England is the most depressing city I've ever seen.
  • 31. Dublin, Ireland is the secomd most depressing city I've ever seen.
  • 32. London is my favorite European city followed by Budapest and Paris.
  • 33. My middle toe is longer than my big toe on both feet.
  • 34. When I was a kid, I wanted to grow up to be a pilot.
  • 35. But since you need perfect eyesight, that kind of put a damper on those plans.
  • 36. I first kissed a girl 20 years ago on May 7, 1983
  • 37. It was at my high school prom.
  • 38. She broke up with me 5 months later and got married 6 months after that.
  • 39. I don't think I ever got over that.
  • 40. I was a vegetarian for 3 years.
  • 41. I'm mostly vegetarian now but have a fondness for seafood.
  • 42. I think a freshly shucked oyster is a very Good Thing.
  • 43. I do not believe in God.
  • 44. I do not believe in the Devil
  • 45. When I was a kid I used to believe in God
  • 46. I was once a member of the Mormon Church.
  • 47. Many of my friends and acquaintences these days are pagan.
  • 48. Insofar as love of the earth goes, I identify more closely with those beliefs.
  • 49. I've taken LSD 4 times
  • 50. I've taken mushrooms a bit more. I like mushrooms.
  • 51. I have a very high tolerance for physical pain.
  • 52. I've often wondered why.
  • 53. I think I cry way too easily.

  • 55. Actually, I consider myself a private person.
  • 56. There are some things I can only talk with people about in person.
  • 57. Sadly, I feel I'm a better communicator in writing than actually speaking.

  • 59. I was once kicked out of a college for asking questions.
  • 60. Some people think I'm cynical.
  • 61. I'm actually quite content with life.
  • 62. I have dry eye syndrome, which is rather ironic in light of #53.

  • 64. In high school, I was assigned to write a short story that 'reeked with irony.'

  • 66. Some people are surprised to hear I tried to join the US Army in high school.
  • 67. I was disqualified from military service because I have a slight curvature of the spine.
  • 68. It doesn't look good when I stand at attention.
  • 69. One of my goals in life is to visit India.
  • 70. I've dreamed of India from time to time.
  • 71. Depending on my mood, I believe dreams are either a message from the subconcious or total bullshit.
  • 72. As I get older, I'm finding that many ideas I've had have already been thought of by others.

  • 75. I play the French Horn.
  • 76. I have the ability to play the piano, but haven't played in a very long time.
  • 77. I taught myself in Ireland to play the tin whistle.
  • 78. I once earned 20 pounds making noise on a street corner in Galway.
  • 79. That's when I truly understood the idea of busking.
  • 80. I don't like to sleep very much.
